Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide from Japan. Major destinations include China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Southeast Asia, North America, and Europe. Please contact us for specific requirements.
Do you support FBA delivery?
Yes, we provide Amazon FBA delivery services, including labeling and direct shipment to Amazon fulfillment centers.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
For B2C drop-shipping, we handle orders from 1 piece. For B2B bulk shipments, please contact us for custom plans.
What is the storage period?
The standard storage period is 90 days. Longer-term storage is available upon request with separate pricing.
Do you handle customs clearance?
Yes, we support customs clearance for imports into Japan, including purchasing agents for China-based e-commerce platforms.
Are there prohibited items?
We cannot accept items prohibited by law (hazardous materials, counterfeit goods, agricultural products requiring quarantine, etc.). Please contact us in advance.
